Relief
CARPA is the bridge to social and economic development opportunity for communities worldwide. In parallel, it is also a modern interpretation of philanthropy without the red tape and bureaucracy of conventional foundations. There are no intermediaries in the process, ensuring relief funds and other resources are not diluted or delayed. Communities through their delegates such as community leaders, elected officials, or legal representatives can engage the CARPA community directly for assistance.
After a tragedy, emergency or an ongoing adverse condition the CARPA Social Monetary Fund (SMF) can be activated. The community delegate has the opportunity to present the urgency and resulting conditions and necessary action or product that will mitigate or cure the situation. Depending on the country or region, members of the CARPA platform provide solutions they create, manufacture, or sell which the Social Monetary Fund on behalf of the community then pays. Members providing a solution will be encouraged to offer discounts that qualify for tax break depending on country and region. If a community or its delegate are not members of the platform, he or she will have the opportunity to register as individuals. If that is not an option, any existing member can sponsor them and present the circumstance to the CARPA fund on behalf of that community.
